This project offers privatized housing for the Navy’s Residential Communities Initiative in ten new neighborhoods spread throughout both Southern Maryland and Virginia. Newly constructed facilities and amenities include1, 287 attached and single-family homes as well as several neighborhood community centers (4,500 GSF) and a large, regional community center (11,230 GSF) with pool and cabana.
